Paper Application

The 2012 "Plight of the Thai Elephant" application is here! If you have any questions about applying, please contact us by email or phone.

The application materials, outlined below, are accepted on a rolling basis. For the best chance at a space in our 2012 program, you should apply as early as possible.

To apply, please submit:

• application form
• official high school transcript
• $50 nonrefundable application fee. This fee will be credited toward tuition for accepted students.

Applications are accepted as they are received. We encourage you to contact us with any questions and apply as soon as possible.

This application is necessary to ensure that we can keep you healthy and safe and provide the best opportunities for you during our program. Please answer all parts with accuracy, honesty and care.

Students with Disabilities:

To ensure the best possible experience, you must make any special needs known to your Program Director before embarking on a study abroad program. If you have a disability, contact our Executive Director as soon as possible: (202) 255.2630, or Logistics@loopabroad.com. Requests for accommodations and supporting diagnostic documentation must be submitted by May 8th, 2012.

Please understand that although Loop provides reasonable assistance and support to facilitate the participation of qualified students in its programs (including students with disabilities and health impairments), some of our programs are located in parts of the world where accommodation may not be readily available.

Be forthcoming with the Executive Director about any specific needs and functional limitations so that Loop can collaborate with you in a way that fosters your safe participation and allows you to fully appreciate any barriers you may face, depending on the location and rigors of the program.

Travel Advisories:

Loop Abroad is aware of the risks associated with international travel. Should the US Department of State issue a travel warning for any country or city in which a study abroad initiative is planned, the program in that country may be canceled.

Program Updates and Changes:

Courses and programs, as well as specific elements of the itinerary, are subject to change.

Applications should be addressed as follows:

Jane Cassie, Program Director
Loop Abroad
28 Cocasset St.
Foxborough, MA 02035-2922
