Team Leader

Loop Abroad is excited to have Timmy Foster on board as a Team Leader. Timmy earned his bachelor’s degree at Central Michigan University, where he studied communications and leadership.

Timmy was actively involved in public service and leadership organizations for all four years of his university studies. He was recognized as a Leader Advancement Scholar, among other leadership awards, continuously throughout his academic career.

While in school, he designed a semester-long leadership development program that was sponsored and implemented by his university to great acclaim.

For the past four years, Timmy has worked with two national leadership conference organizations for high school students. His focus has been on facilitating leadership activities and student projects.

He has been charged with teaching leadership curriculum to over two thousand high school students, always to positive evaluations.

Some of the programs and simulations in which he worked have required him to manage over 600 students at once on off-site trips all over the country, and he comes to us with a wealth of logistical experience.

In addition, his substantive knowledge in the field of leadership is vast: he has worked for the past three years developing and implementing simulations for studying conflict management and related topics in educational and corporate environments.
