Dr Brooklynn Slone BSc BVetMed MRCVS Dr Brooklynn Slone earned her BSc Zoology degree from the University of Roehampton in 2019 and her BVetMed degree from the Royal Veterinary College in 2024. Brooklynn was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio but has made London, UK her home since 2016. She has had the opportunity to work in zoos and veterinary clinics focusing on small animal and exotic pet medicine in both the US and UK. While studying both degrees Brooklynn worked as a nursing assistant at an exotic pet specialist clinic in London where she immediately started work as a doctor upon graduating vet school. During her Zoology degree, Brooklynn participated in ecology field courses in Wales and South Africa. While in vet school Brooklynn had the opportunity to work with ZSL London Zoo, volunteer at a neutering program in Spain, and volunteer at with a veterinary charity in Zanzibar, Tanzania. Brooklynn’s veterinary interests include all aspects of exotic pet medicine, soft tissue surgery, and preventative care for cats and dogs. In her free time Brooklynn enjoys cooking, reading novels, attending the theatre and the ballet, and spending time with her cats Reggie and Winnie. She has travelled to over 20 countries and plans to see many more!
