Chloe Donovan, DVM

Veterinarian

Chloe graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in London in 2017. She completed an internship in farm animal medicine and production and continued as a sole farm vet for 3 years, until she decided to widen her repertoire and took up a job in a companion animal clinic in her home town on the south coast of England. Since 2022 she has been working as a mixed practice locum vet wherever the wind takes her, most recently spending the spring on the Shetland islands 100 miles off the north coast of Scotland. Chloe loves to combine her veterinary career with her love of travel, and has worked across the world from the sparkling shores of Costa Rica at a wildlife sanctuary to the wild rainforests of Madagascar in an outreach field clinic, to the remote Himalayan Kingdom of Bhutan providing care to injured wildlife and street dogs. When not working Chloe loves to paint, and in 2022 was a finalist in the Wildlife Artist of the Year competition with an oil painting of a herd of 118 zebra
