Veterinarian

Originally from the west coast, Dr. Clarisa Hernandez moved back to California after graduating vet school from North Carolina State University in 2020 to complete an internship in small animal and exotic general practice and emergency medicine. While in vet school, she completed various externships and research projects in zoological and wildlife medicine both domestic and abroad, which solidified her love for travel and embracing other cultures. She currently resides in Los Angeles with her partner and their 3 cuddly cats – Albondiga, Frijol and Chicharron. In her down time, she loves to explore new places, go thrift shopping, or go salsa dancing.
