Kaydence Kinyo
Group Leader
Kaydence developed a love for animals growing up on her family farm. This passion led her towards a pre-vet major at The Ohio State University. She is involved within the school as a peer mentor, rural community committee, pre-vet club, and shadows the OSU farm animal hospital. She also interns at Animal Urgent Care where she gets to see different types of small animal emergencies and cool exotic animals! She also works at Compassionate Care- a spay and neuter clinic! Kaydence has traveled to Belize to work beside a large animal veterinarian and got to do many amazing things! Her personal favorite was artificial insemination in dairy cattle! Once Kaydence graduates college she plans on going to Vet School to become a large animal veterinarian. Being able to gain many different experiences has only made her love for animal medicine grow stronger! Some fun facts about her are she has two cats named Kitty Purry and Elvis, she is left handed, and her favorite food is mac and cheese!
