Sadie Bowling, DVM
Veterinarian
Dr. Sadie Bowling recently graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. She spent her clinical year of veterinary school at Louisiana State University, focusing on wildlife and zoological medicine. Prior to veterinary school, she graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in companion animal science. Dr. Sadie’s main professional interests include zoological and conservation medicine. Dr. Sadie grew up in Indonesia and Kuwait, and later spent veterinary school on the Caribbean island of St. Kitts. While living in St. Kitts, she was involved in the very first bird rehabilitation in St. Kitts, and the first release of a banded bird in St. Kitts. This bird was a juvenile brown pelican, lovingly named Peli Brown. He is now living his best life on the beaches of St. Kitts and Nevis. In her free time, Dr. Sadie spends time with her three rescue dogs and her recently rescued bearded dragon.
