Sarah Misraji, DVM

Veterinarian

Sarah is a Southern California native who was bit by the travel bug early in life. She studied in Australia in a reef and rainforest ecology program before heading to Scotland to get her veterinary degree. Since then she has completed a small animal rotating internship and a surgical internship. For the past several years she has been working in emergency medicine and surgery. Sarah was most recently working with explosive detection canines and teaching vets in Jordan and Iraq. When not traveling you can find her on the river on her SUP or hanging on the porch with her 2 cats LeReve and Zarkana (both named after cirque de soliel shows).
